BP Denied Access To Deepwater Horizon Documents

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 3:02 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Monday denied BP PLC access to 21 U.S. government documents the oil giant sought to use to defend itself in multidistrict litigation over the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, finding that the government's interests outweighed BP's need for discovery.
