Judge Approves Mich. Resort Development Deal

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 7:05 PM EDT) -- A Michigan federal judge on Monday approved an agreement between the township of Saugatuck, Mich., and a real estate development company owned by Chesapeake Energy Corp. CEO Aubrey K. McClendon, settling an environmental zoning dispute and allowing a resort development project to proceed.
