NJ High Court Will Weigh In On Prison Defect Suit

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 6:23 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court is poised to consider whether the state timely sued contractors over an allegedly faulty hot water system at a massive prison built in the mid-1990s, according to a decision posted Monday.
