Fiserv Bad Faith Claims Survive In Title Insurance Coverage Row

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 9:16 PM EDT) -- A Wisconsin federal judge on Monday refused to stay bad faith claims in Fiserv Solutions Inc.'s suit claiming Westchester Fire Insurance Co. failed to defend it from professional liability allegations in a suit by Bank of America NA over $530 million of title insurance claims on defaulted mortgages.
