Amended Complaint Filed In Ford SCD Switch Case

Law360, New York (September 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in one of the class action suits claiming Ford Motor Co. knowingly installed a faulty cruise control deactivation switch that caused their vehicles to catch fire have asked the court to allow them to file an amended complaint.
