Panel OKs Bill To Align Calif. False Claims Law With US Law

Law360, San Diego (June 12, 2012, 8:49 PM EDT) -- A California Senate panel on Tuesday waved through a bill that seeks to give the California False Claims Act more teeth so the state can remain eligible to receive tens of millions of dollars each year in federal bonuses when recovering fraudulent Medicaid billings.
