Sanofi Plaintiffs Challenge Employee Declarations

Law360 (September 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The plaintiffs in a putative collective action lawsuit against Sanofi-Aventis U.S. Inc. have asked a federal court in New Jersey to strike or disregard 12 employee declarations submitted by Sanofi-Aventis in support of its opposition to the plaintiffs' motion for conditional certification.

In a letter bearing Thursday's date, the plaintiffs argued that the submission of the declarations, which were filed by the defendants on Sept. 7, was “untimely, improper and prejudicial.”
