Verizon Freed From Allegations It Secretly Overbuilt NY Tower

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 2:08 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit alleging that Verizon Communications Inc. lied about the square footage of a 32-story Manhattan tower to hush up the fact that the building exceeded limits set under a development agreement with a city real estate fund.
