9th Circ. Reopens Arbitration Fight In AT&T False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 11:06 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday revived a dispute over whether a putative class must arbitrate its claims that AT&T Mobility LLC failed to deliver on high download speeds it had advertised, denying AT&T's bid to simply force arbitration and end the suit.
