Sierra Opens New Fight Over Nixed $355M Aircraft Contract

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 10:26 PM EDT) -- Sierra Nevada Corp. on Monday sought to win back a $355 million U.S. Air Force contract for supplying planes to Afghanistan, after it had edged out rival Hawker Beechcraft Defense Co. LLC in December, but then lost in March after Hawker contested the win.
