Aventis To Face Whistleblower Claims Over Lovenox

Law360 (September 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has allowed certain whistleblower claims to move forward in a case brought by two former Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals Inc. sales representatives who claim they were retaliated against after accusing the company of promoting off-label marketing for its popular anti-clotting drug Lovenox.
