Judge Lets American Block Union Vote Over NMB Protest

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 9:59 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday allowed American Airlines Inc. to block a union representation election despite the National Mediation Board's bid to let the vote proceed for nearly 10,000 of the bankrupt carrier's passenger service agents.
