LA Hit With 2nd Enviro Suit Over Major Residential Project

Law360, New York (June 14, 2012, 7:45 PM EDT) -- Six environmental groups on Wednesday made another move to block the 12,000-acre Newhall Ranch megadevelopment in Southern California, firing off a second lawsuit against Los Angeles County with allegations it wrongfully approved an environmental report and concealed information from the public about an old oil field on the property.
