Pentagon Looks To Boost Insourcing For Jobs It Can Do Itself

Law360, New York (June 14, 2012, 8:58 PM EDT) -- Facing Congressional concern that contractors are performing inherently governmental tasks, the U.S. Department of Defense is working to clarify its insourcing guidelines, aiming to reduce contracting in areas associated with government work by 10 percent in 2012 and 2013, it said in a letter released Tuesday.
