Time's Up For 'Men In Black' Watch Infringement, Swatch Says

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 4:43 PM EDT) -- A Swatch Group Ltd. unit sued rival timepiece manufacturer Stuhrling Original LLC and the operator of home shopping channel ShopNBC in New York federal court, accusing them of unfair competition by selling a watch with a design copied from a model featured in the film "Men in Black 3."
