Kenneth Cole's $280M Buyout Bid Still Short, Investor Says

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 6:45 PM EDT) -- Designer Kenneth Cole's latest offer — $280 million — to take his New York-based apparel company private still isn't high enough, says a private Belgian investment management firm that holds stock in Kenneth Cole Productions Inc. and sued in New York state court Thursday to block the acquisition.
