Travel Agents Fight Back In Airlines Antitrust Suit

Law360 (September 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of travel agents has filed an amended complaint accusing nearly two dozen major airlines of conspiring to limit travel-agent commissions.

The several dozen plaintiffs filed the complaint Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, alleging that the defendants colluded to lower and even eliminate commissions in violation of the Sherman Act.
