Disputed $140M Settlement Goes Through In Milk Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Tennessee federal judge on Friday resolved allegations that Dean Foods Co. conspired to control the supply chain of milk in the Southeast, signing off on a $140 million class settlement that was previously derailed by an alleged conflict of interest.
