Nossaman Aids Caltrans In Closing $1.1B Parkway Project

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 6:50 PM EDT) -- The California Department of Transportation has financially closed on the $1.1 billion Presidio Parkway project, which is the state's first major project to be completed under new public-private partnership regulations allowing a funding mix of equity, bank debt and government loans, the organization announced Friday.
