Warhol Organization Denies Conspiracy Claims

Law360, New York (September 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts Inc. and the Andy Warhol Art Authentication Board Inc. have mocked claims in a putative antitrust class action that alleges they conspired to induce an “artificial scarcity” of the late artist's works.
