WTO Ruling To Force Vast Changes In China Trade Remedies

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 8:19 PM EDT) -- The World Trade Organization's Friday ruling that China's anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations of American steel products were not supported by evidence is a substantial victory for the U.S. that will force China to significantly overhaul its trade remedy procedures, attorneys said.
