Mayer Brown Asks Court To Toss T.H. Lee Suit

Law360, New York (September 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Attacking the plaintiff's use of vicarious liability, the U.K. arm of law firm Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw LLP has asked a judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed against the firm by Thomas H. Lee Equity over the collapse of futures brokerage Refco Inc.
