On 3rd Try, Calif. Agency OKs $150M Santa Monica Project

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 2:14 PM EDT) -- After tabling the vote twice this month, a Santa Monica, Calif., planning commission on Wednesday night finally passed a controversial $150 million plan to build new condos, office and retail space on an existing trailer park, tacking more than a dozen amendments on to the development agreement.
