Ex-Empire Land CEO, Attys Escape Sanctions In Ch. 7 Row

Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 9:01 PM EDT) -- Striking blows to both sides of a simmering bankruptcy dispute, a California judge Monday rejected motions by Empire Land LLC trustee Richard K. Diamond to sanction the real estate development company’s former CEO, James Previti, and his legal counsel, while simultaneously denying Previti’s own motion for leave to sue Diamond.
