German Brass Sheet Co. Challenges ITC Review Findings

Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 6:45 PM EDT) -- Metal manufacturer Wieland-Werke AG on Monday contested a U.S. International Trade Commission duty review on brass sheets and strips, alleging in the U.S. Court of International Trade that the ITC relied too heavily on an erroneous dumping margin determined by the Commerce Department.
