Kodak Wants Apple Claims Tossed So Patent Sale Can Proceed

Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 11:01 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt Eastman Kodak Co. launched an adversary suit Monday aimed at stamping out Apple Inc.'s claim to 10 digital camera patents, thus clearing the way for the sale of intellectual property the company says is vital to its reorganization efforts.
