Samsung Must Turn Over Customer Info In DRAM Suit

Law360 (September 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Putting an end to a discovery dispute in an antitrust battle over alleged price inflation for dynamic random access memory products, a federal judge has ordered defendant Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. to turn over identities corresponding to customer codes.
