Girardi & Keese Can't Shake Lockheed Workers' Malpractice Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (June 18, 2012, 8:13 PM EDT) -- A California state judge on Monday refused to dismiss a class action alleging Girardi & Keese charged excessive fees and costs in settlements totaling $131 million on behalf of Lockheed Martin employees who were exposed to toxic chemicals.
