Ohio State Scores Victory In ESPN Open Records Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (June 19, 2012, 9:01 PM EDT) -- The Ohio Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled in favor of Ohio State University in an open records lawsuit brought by ESPN over documents related to a 2011 NCAA investigation into the Buckeyes football team, saying the university properly interpreted a federal statute shielding the release of certain student information.
