DuPont Says It's Off The Hook For Invista Enviro Costs

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 5:16 PM EDT) -- An environmental lawyer for DuPont Co. told a New York federal court Tuesday that DuPont had no responsibility to pay for environmental upgrades at plants it sold Invista Co. because Invista breached an agreement between the companies.
