2nd Circ. Panel Skeptical Of Claim To Yankees Top-Hat Logo

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 8:29 PM EDT) -- A panel of Second Circuit judges expressed doubt Tuesday about the legal prospects of a woman who has sued the New York Yankees to claim a stake in the team's top-hat logo, asking why the logo is not Yankee property.
