Fried Frank Escapes Former Secretary's Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 10:20 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday tossed a suit by a former Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP secretary who accused the firm of age, gender and disability discrimination and retaliation, finding that the secretary had failed to prove she was illegally terminated.
