California Car Pollution Suit A Political Issue: Judge

Law360 (September 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district court judge ruled Monday that the judicial branch does not have the power to rule on a lawsuit brought by the California attorney general against six of the largest U.S. auto makers over greenhouse gas emissions.
