Judge Pares 'NCIS' Creator's CBS Contract Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (June 20, 2012, 5:57 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Wednesday tentatively pared down "NCIS" creator Donald Bellisario's allegations that CBS Studios Inc. cheated him out of profits from television show "NCIS: Los Angeles," saying his breach of contract claims under a 2006 agreement would probably have to go.
