Lowenstein Reps Rutgers On $295M Public-Private Project

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 1:42 PM EDT) -- Rutgers University announced plans Wednesday for a $295 million campus building project as part of a public-private partnership with a local development company that includes construction of three new university buildings.

Rutgers, New Jersey's state university, said it agreed to form the partnership with New Brunswick Development Corp., commonly known as Devco. The plan calls for the construction of two residential facilities, an academic building and a parking deck, all at Rutgers' main College Avenue campus in New Brunswick.
