Judge Sets March 2013 Retrial For Ex-NY Sen. Espada

Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 4:31 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday set a 2013 retrial date for Pedro Espada Jr. on counts of conspiracy and theft after the former New York state senator was convicted in May of stealing from a nonprofit health care network, but a jury couldn't reach a verdict on additional charges.
