FBI To Probe Hospital That May Have Risked Hep C Outbreak

Law360, Washington (June 22, 2012, 2:57 PM EDT) -- Officials from the FBI, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and a U.S. attorney's office have joined an investigation of a New Hampshire hospital accused of negligently putting nearly 1,200 patients at risk of contracting hepatitis C, prompting class actions by patients.
