Castillo Pushes To Duck Attys' Fees In Sheraton Contract Row

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 7:32 PM EDT) -- Hotel owner Castillo Grand LLC on Monday asked the Second Circuit to overturn an order to pay attorneys' fees to longtime courtroom adversary Sheraton Operating Corp., saying it did nothing wrong when it filed multiple federal suits over a soured construction contract.
