Judge Trims Fraud Claim From Mickey Rooney Elder Abuse Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (June 22, 2012, 4:13 PM EDT) -- A California judge Friday dismissed a fraud claim by the court-appointed conservator of Mickey Rooney alleging that in addition to misappropriating his likeness, the actor’s stepson tricked Rooney into performing to siphon the earnings, but said the conservator can amend his complaint and try again.
