McDonald's, Agency Say Filet-O-Fish Ad No Rip-Off

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 7:59 PM EDT) -- McDonald's Corp. and a Boston ad agency asked a judge on Friday to dismiss a lawsuit by a Massachusetts man who claims the song and video he submitted for a McDonald's “Big Mac Chant-Off” contest were ripped off and used without permission in a Filet-o-Fish commercial.
