Apple Strikes HTC With Antitrust Claims In Patent Quarrel

Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 9:01 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. on Thursday launched fraud, antitrust and other counterclaims accusing HTC Corp. of shirking its licensing obligations in Virginia federal court, fighting back in a U.S. International Trade Commission dispute accusing Apple Inc. of infringing eight wireless technology patents by importing products like the iPhone and iPad.
