Quest Says Lead In Age Bias Suit Was Sacked For Performance

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 12:14 PM EDT) -- Quest Diagnostics Inc. told a New Jersey federal court Monday to toss a putative discrimination class action led by a former saleswoman who claims she was fired due to her age, arguing that, in reality, the woman was terminated for subpar sales numbers.
