Film Investor Hits Aramid With Suit Over $3M Agreement

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 4:30 PM EDT) -- Film producer and financier David Bergstein on Thursday continued a lengthy litigation battle with Aramid Entertainment Fund Ltd. when he filed a lawsuit in California state court, this time claiming the hedge fund breached a $3 million release agreement.
