5th Circ. Asked To Revive $10M McGlinchey Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 5:21 PM EDT) -- A real estate development group asked the Fifth Circuit on Friday to revive a $10 million suit accusing McGlinchey Stafford PLLC of malpractice and securities fraud for failing to obtain an environmental assessment for a proposed development that turned out to be located on a World War II-era bombing range.
