NJ Board OKs 2nd Phase Of $1B Mixed-Use Project Near GWB

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 4:55 PM EDT) -- A local New Jersey planning board voted unanimously Monday night to adopt a resolution approving the western half of a $1 billion mixed-use development near the George Washington Bridge proposed by an Illinois developer.

The Fort Lee Planning Board's vote formalized its soft approval earlier this month of Tucker Development Corp.'s site plans for the project, which include 173,000 square feet of retail space, 476 residential units, a 175-room hotel, an office building and about 1,200 parking spaces.
