4Kids Gets Amped-Up 'Yu-Gi-Oh!' Asset Sale Approved

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 4:23 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Tuesday approved 4Kids Entertainment Inc.'s plan to sell assets to two companies, 4K Acquisition Corp. and KidsCo Media Ventures LLC, following the June 5 adjournment of an auction that saw competing bids dramatically increase the sale price.
