With ACA Affirmed, Employers Must Prepare For 2014

Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 12:24 PM EDT) -- Now that the U.S. Supreme Court has affirmed the validity of the health care reform law, employers that have been dragging their feet on compliance must get in gear before the so-called employer mandate takes effect in 2014, experts say.
