By Pete Brush (June 28, 2012, 12:59 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court's decision Thursday to uphold the nation's landmark health care law leaves leaders in states like Florida and Missouri, which haven't moved to implement its provisions, with a decision: rush to carry out health benefits exchanges or continue to fight the law on the political front.
Under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, each state must set up a health insurance marketplace, or exchange, so that — as the theory behind the law goes — individuals shopping for coverage can save time and money and better understand their options.
