Green Groups Ask US Agencies To Delay Calif. Delta Plan

Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 5:32 PM EDT) -- Thirty-seven California environmental groups on Thursday asked the heads of the U.S. Department of the Interior and the Department of Commerce to delay a tunnel diverting the Sacramento River until questions about the cost and potential environmental damage of the project are answered.
