Ceglia Must Produce Kasowitz Letter In Facebook Row: Judge

Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 8:42 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday ordered the man who says a contract entitles him to a 50 percent stake in Facebook Inc., to produce a letter from his former attorneys at Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP, ruling that the letter is not privileged.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Leslie G. Foschio ordered Paul D. Ceglia to produce the Kasowitz letter within 10 days, finding that any attorney-client privilege has been waived by Ceglia’s failure to assert any privilege in his privilege log, according to the...
